  1. In the same kadai heat 2tsp oil and saute 1 bay leaf inch cinnamon 1tsp cumin saute till the spices turn aromatic
  2. Keeping the flame on low sayte 1/2 tsp turmeric 1tsp chilli powder and 3/4 tsp coriander add in prepared onion tomato paste and cook well keep string till the onion tomato paste thicker
  3. Now asd in 1/4 cup cashew paste and mix well add in 1cup water and stir well adjusting consistency as required further add 1/2 saute mushroom mix well over and boil for 5 minutes or till further add 1/2 cup peas and saute mushroom mix well cover and boil for 5 minute or till mushrooms and peas gets cooked completely now add 1tsp Kaur methi 2 tbsp coriander leaves and garam masala mix well finally serve mate mushroom recipe with roti nan or kulcha
