The ingredients needed to make Pad Thai:
  1. Take 250 gr Thai noodles
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp sesame oil
  3. Get 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. Make ready 3 eggs
  5. Prepare 20 small shrimps
  6. Take 2 cloves garlic; chopped
  7. Take 1/4 cup shallots; chopped
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp furikake
  9. Make ready 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  10. Make ready 4 tbsp soy souce
  11. Take 2 tbsp brown sugar
  12. Take 2 tbsp lemon juice
  13. Take 2 tbsp sriracha
  14. Make ready 1 cup bean sprouts
  15. Prepare 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
  16. Get 1/4 cup green onion (tails, sliced in 1 cm parts)
  17. Prepare 1/4 cup cilantro

You may want to start with less pepper, and work your way up. Pad Thai is stir-fried rice noodle dish ubiquitous with Thai cuisine in the United States, but it wasn't With World War II nearing, the Thai government created the dish to promote a sense of national unity.   4. Heat the 2 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan and add the chopped garlic.
  5. Fry the already boiled shrimps for 1 minute, more or less. Then separate and save for later.
  6. Scramble the 3 eggs and cook them in a pan, like normal scrambled eggs. Then separate and save for later.
  7. Before putting the Pad Thai together, let's make the Pad Thai sauce: add the soy sauce, the rice vinegar, the furikake, the brown sugar, the lemon juice and the sriracha in a container and mix well, until the sugar is dissolved.
  8. On a large pan or wok add the rest of the sesame oil and the chopped shallots. Cook them until brown.
  9. Add the cooked noodles and stir to mix with the shallots.
  10. Add the scrambled eggs and the shrimps, and stir again to mix.
  11. Add the Pad Thai sauce you prepared in step 7 and stir.
  12. Finally, just before serving, add the bean sprouts, the cilantro, the green onion tails and the crushed peanuts. Give the final stir and serve.

The noodles are topped with crushed peanuts and served with fresh chives, lime wedges. Pad Thai is probably one of the most popular Thai dishes abroad.
