Pad Thai is one of the world's most beloved noodle dishes. Along with Thai Green Curry and Red Curry, this is the dish by which every Thai restaurant is measured. This restaurant-quality Pad Thai recipe is surprisingly easy to make at home and customize with whatever noodles, proteins, veggies, and spice level you prefer. It starts with fresh ingredients including rice noodles, chicken, shrimp, tofu, cilantro, bean sprouts.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few components. You can cook pad thai using 11 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Pad thai:
  1. Prepare 250 gm Dried flat rice noodles 3mm
  2. Prepare 3 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  3. Take 3 tablespoon soya sauce
  4. Get 1 tablespoon sambal paste
  5. Take 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  6. Prepare 5 cloves chopped garlic
  7. Get 1 tablespoon pine nuts (roasted)
  8. Take 1 dl chopped spring onions
  9. Prepare 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  10. Get 50 gm butter
  11. Prepare 1 dl water

  4. After that pour in the 5 dl water. Continuous wok until smell burn then is ready.
  5. Topping with pine nuts and spring onions then is ready to served.
