  2. Take 2 tbsp custard powder

  6. Once the milk has boiled, turn off the flame and pour the prepared custard mixture into it.
  7. Also add sugar. adjust the amount of sugar if looking for more sweeter fruit custard.
  8. Mix continuously, keeping the flame on low. - the milk changes colour to dark yellow.
  9. Furthermore, it thickens slightly. adjust the consistency by cooking for long time. - transfer to a small bowl and cool completely.

Experiment with different exotic fruits, as well as different combinations, to learn a wonderful new technique and start turning eyes. Dump your choice of fruit evenly in the pan. Remove and let rest for a few minutes. A simple custard is just with fruits. But you can make is more filling and flavorful by adding nuts like almonds, cashews.
