  4. Add your onions, garlic and oil to the browned meat..let them cook for a few minutes
  5. Add your tomatoes and tomato paste….add your salt and pepper at this point
  6. Let them cook well…keep turning so that they do not stick to the cooking pot. Give your meat enough time to cook thoroughly and evenly
  7. Add in your mushrooms,carrot,and green bell pepper… Then add your red wine
  8. Leave the pot uncovered so that the wine evaporates….now add your stock or water..just enough to create the sauce you wish to have
  9. Let it cook on low heat for a few more minutes or till everything is well cooked
  10. Serve with a starch of your choice
  11. Yum
