The ingredients needed to make Energy balls:
  1. Make ready 8-10 pcs dates
  2. Take 100 g Marie biscuits
  3. Take 3 tbs peanut butter with chunks
  4. Make ready 5 tbs condensed milk
  5. Make ready Cocoa powder
Steps to make Energy balls:
  1. Remove the seeds from dates and Microwave it for 30 seconds with little water, approximately 10ml
  2. Make a paste out of dates
  3. Fine crushed the marie biscuits then add it to the dates paste
  4. Add condensed milk and peanut butter, mix them well
  5. Add cocoa powder whilst mixing the paste, one spoon of cacao powder at a time until it creates a dough, similar to cookie dough
  6. Pick and form it into small balls (approximately 20 balls), you can also roll them on the chocolate sprinkles to give prettier look
  7. Refrigerate for an hour before serving
