  6. Put into a big bowl and cover with cling wrap attach to the custard.
  7. Let it rest until completely cool.
  8. Assemble the Vanilla slice dusting with icing sugar.
  9. Put in the fridge at least 3-4 hours or overnight before you cut and serve with fresh berries or ice cream.
