Hey everyone, it’s Brad, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, egg tart. It is one of my favorites. This time, I am going to make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Egg tart is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. Egg tart is something that I have loved my whole life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

Cool down for several minutes and then take the egg tarts out of the pan. Stir in the egg and vanilla until the mixture forms a dough. The texture should be slightly moist. Add more butter if it is too dry, or more flour, if the dough seems greasy.

To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have egg tart using 10 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.

  5. Get 250 gr powder all purpose

  8. Prepare 200 ml water
  9. Get 4 yolk
  10. Get 15 gr custard powder

Some people settle for the second best (shortcrust pastry) which is easier to make. Whisk flour, salt, and ½ cup milk in a medium bowl until combined and no lumps remain.   2. Combine all filling ingredients and stir well. I use strainer to get clean filling
  3. Brush pie pan with melted butter and dusting it with flour. Get out crust from refrigerator. Mold the crust into the pie pan. Pour filling into tart shell (3/4 full)
  4. Baked 160°C 30 minute
  5. Another way, after mold crust into pie pan, you can baked first 5 minute then after cold pour filling into pie. Baked again. It's more perfect
