The ingredients needed to make Caramel and white chocolate fudge:
  1. Take 1 bar white cooking chocolate
  2. Make ready 1 can caramelised condensed milk
  3. Prepare 25 gram butter
  4. Get 2 cups milk powder
  5. Get 1 cup almond powder
Instructions to make Caramel and white chocolate fudge:
  1. Line an 8 X 8 pan with parchment paper and then spray lightly with cooking spray if you just want square pieces.
  2. Add the condensed milk and butter in a pan and heat until butter is melted. Add the chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the milk powder and almond powder. Pour in the greased tray or be innovative and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  4. On a greased proof paper roll the fudge. - Roll 2 different colour of fondant. Press the mould on one colour fondant first then on to the fudge and again on fondant. Repeat and decorate with flowers. Or just do plain fudge with no fondant.
