  1. Prepare Half teaspoon for sugar
  2. Get Half teaspoon of condensed milk
  3. Take 1/3 teaspoon butter
  4. Make ready Half teaspoon cacao powder (if have not is also ok)
  5. Take 1 Bio egg
  6. Prepare 1 cup original black coffee (pour with a little bit sugar)
Instructions to make Vietnamese Egg coffee:
  1. Stir the mixture (red part egg, sugar, condensed milk, butter) by cream mixing machine in 2 minutes
  2. Pour the mixture into a cup, then pour the hot black coffee liquid into the cup slowly. Be careful to the mixture and coffee separate.
  3. Let the cup in a little bowl with hot water
  4. Sprinkle cocoa pơder & serve it with a little spoon
