Can't believe I never thought to put it on pizza. Yeah I probably did burn it, but it was kind of in the good way? That being said I will always take my pizza more overcooked than undercooked but that's me! It has a thin pizza crust base, which we all prefer, and all our favourite toppings!

Steps to make Chorizo and olive pizza:
  1. Mix the flour and the yeast together and slowly add the water. Then rub flour on your hands and kneed for 10 minutes until elastic
  2. Leave the dough for 1 1/2 hours in a warm place to rise
  3. Roll the dough out into the shape you would like your pizza.
  4. Add the tomatoes, then the cheese and then the toppings (chorizo, olives and any other toppings you may like)
  5. Then cook for around 10 minutes in a hot oven until the cheese is bubbling.

That being said I will always take my pizza more overcooked than undercooked but that's me! It has a thin pizza crust base, which we all prefer, and all our favourite toppings! Try to use high quality Chorizo sausage for this; also, fresh goat's When I have time, I like to caramelise the onions first by frying them in a couple of teaspoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar - try it as an option. Make the pizza sauce and assemble the toppings. In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat.
