  2. Take 397 (large tin) Caramel Condensed Milk
  3. Make ready 400 Grams Desiccated Coconut
  4. Take Packet Chocolate Hearts

  1. Line a baking tray with foil. (TIP, place a folded tea towel under the mixing bowl to help prevent movement!!)
  2. Sift Icing Sugar into a large mixing bowl. Add the Coconut and stir together. (See above!)
  3. Add the Condensed Milk. Mix / squash together With a wooden spoon until the texture is even and smooth.
  4. Use either your hands, or two spoons, to form balls about the size of a table tennis ball. (about a rounded tablespoon) Place on tray.
  5. Top with a Chocolate Heart and place in fridge for at least an hour. Can be frozen. Enjoy!
