  1. Make ready 8 Weetabix crushed
  2. Prepare 250 g butter
  3. Prepare 250 g Digestive biscuits crushed
  4. Make ready 1 tablespoon ghee
  5. Take 1 bowl desiccated coconut
  6. Prepare 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup coarsely ground almonds
  8. Get 1 tablespoon orange essence
  9. Get 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  10. Get Flaked almond and pistachio for decoration
Instructions to make Weetabix barfi(fudge):
  1. Dry roast coconut and almonds on slow heat. Mix all the dry ingredients together - Melt butter and ghee on slow flame - When melted add condensed milk and stir until it blends with butter. - Switch off gas
  2. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well - Flatten in a greased tray or thali - Decorate with almond and pistachio - Leave it overnight in fridge to set and cut into pieces.
