4. Strain off the water from the spaghetti, and leave until cheese sauce is ready.
5. When the sauce thickens, Add the drained spaghetti to the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes then serve.
6. Serve on a plate with a good sprinkle of Itallian cheese. Or a little Mozzerella
7. You could also finish off in the oven to give it a golden brown top.
