  2. Cut your Ovacado, lettuce, assorted pepper, cucumber and onions into julliennes cuts put them aside
  3. Take the wrap then spread the Mint Ritta Sauce to make you wrap soft and tasty
  4. Take you roast chicken cut into strips put in the middle of the wrap as well as the julliene cut vegs
  5. Wrap then put on a hot pan for 10mins as you turn both sides
  6. Serve it with your mint sauce and present it as desired
