The ingredients needed to make Power Salad:
  1. Take cabbage
  2. Make ready small beetroot
  3. Make ready small capsicum
  4. Prepare small onion
  5. Take boiled chickpeas
  6. Take Coriander
  7. Take Curry leaves fresh or dried
  8. Prepare sesame seeds
  9. Make ready black mustard seeds
  10. Take oil

Steps to make Power Salad:
  1. Finely chop all the vegetables and boil the chickenpeas with some salt
  2. Add all the vegetables and chickpeas together in a bowl
  3. Take a pan add some oil to it then add sesame seeds, black mustard seeds, red Chilli powder and saute them
  4. Add the mixed vegetables in the pan and saute for 1-2 mins and don't overcook them. Add coriander leaves and mix it
  5. Take the salad in a bowl and add lemon juice and pomegranate seeds and mix it.
  6. Your salad is ready to serve. You can eat this as a starter also
