The ingredients needed to make Dough 3-ways:
  1. Make ready 500 g white bread flour
  2. Get 3.5 g dried yeast
  3. Get 1 1/2 tsp salt
  4. Take 240 ml water
  5. Prepare (Vegetable or olive) oil
Instructions to make Dough 3-ways:
  1. Add flour, yeast and salt to a bowl and mix, then make a well in the middle. Pour the water into the well and slowly mix together with your hands
  2. Knead for 15 mins: stretching and folding the dough, then turning 90°. Repeat this process until the dough is smooth and springy
  3. Remove any flour and dough from the bowl and rub oil inside. Put the dough back in and cover the bowl with clingfilm. Leave to rise for 1hr, until doubled in size.
