Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. It has a crisp crust and soft, light inside, usually topped with fruit and whipped cream. Pavlova is one of the most well liked of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it is fast, it tastes delicious. It’s appreciated by millions every day. They are nice and they look fantastic. Pavlova is something which I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have pavlova using 6 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Pavlova:
  1. Take pavlova
  2. Prepare 4 egg whites
  3. Prepare 1 1/3 cup sugar
  4. Get 1 dessert spoon of cornflour
  5. Get 1 tsp vanilla
  6. Make ready 1 tsp vinegar

Instructions to make Pavlova:
  1. Beat egg whites until quite stiff,add sugar and beat until dissolved.
  2. Fold in vanilla cornflour and vinegar
  3. Cover tray with baking paper and pile mixture in centre,spread to about 6 cm.
  4. Pre heat oven to 150c then 120c for 45 min
  5. I cool mine in the oven,turn upsidedown on to pkate and decorate as desired.
  6. Then 100c for two hours on a lower shelf.
