Hey everyone, it is Drew, welcome to my recipe site. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, pavlova. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a bit tasty. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Pavlova is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. It has a crisp crust and soft, light inside, usually topped with fruit and whipped cream. Pavlova is one of the most popular of recent trending foods on earth. It’s easy, it is quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions every day. They are nice and they look wonderful. Pavlova is something that I have loved my entire life.

To get started with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few components. You can have pavlova using 5 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Pavlova:
  1. Get 4 Egg Whites
  2. Take 1 1/4 cup Castor Sugar
  3. Take 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  4. Make ready 1 tsp White Vinegar
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp Edmonds Cornflower

Steps to make Pavlova:
  1. Preheat oven to 180degrees (C)
  2. Use electric mixer to beat egg whites and sugar for 10min or until thick and glossy. Mix in vinegar, Vanilla and cornflower together. Add to meringue. Beat on high speed for 5 more minutes. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Draw a 22cm circle on the baking paper. Spread the mixture to within 2cm of the edge of the circle keeping the same shape as round and even as possible. Smooth the top surface. Place the Pavlova in oven then turn temp down to 100°F (C). Bake Pavlova for 1 hr then turn oven OFF. Open oven door very slightly and leave Pavlova inside oven till "COLD". Carefully place Pavlova onto serving plate. Decorate with whipping cream, Strawerries, Kiwi fruit
  3. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT : Do Not remove Pavlova from oven till "COLD" otherwise you stand the risk of the Pavlova collapsing inward…..not good!!!!
