  1. Put a pot on heat. Add in the margarine. Add in the kima(mince meat), ginger garlic, chilli, salt, pepper. Mix well
  2. Cut the onions into small cubes and add into the kima mixture when its almost done.
  3. Mix well.let the mix dry then keep aside to cool.
  4. Make dough from the flour and then make balls. Then roll each ball out. Heat a chapati griddle and roast slightly the thin chapatis
  5. Keep aside when all are done.
  6. Take each chapati, in the middle put the kima mix, break an egg into this, mix well, now fold from all 4 sides and then fry in a tbs oil each one
