  1. Take a bowl mix both of flour add salt in flour mixed it well then add water gradually and mix.
  2. Mixed well until dough formed Leave it for a while then knead again until become soft dough.its ready
  3. Then heat the Tawa. Make a peda then roll in with rolling pin make a gol roti. Tawa is hot Put roti on Tawa Flip over after 20 seconds when bubble appears heat it directly on stove until done.

This whole wheat Indian flatbread is typically enjoyed as a side with curries or lentils. Naan, Kulcha, Phulka, Rotti, Paratha and Chappati, all of these are basically Flatbread type of cuisines made from atta. Preparation of these are almost similar except to some small variations. After few trials now I can confidently say I'm getting it right yes each time 🙂 Seeing the roti puff up takes chapati / roti making to a whole new level and mittu loves these phulkas is another added. My experience with chapathi/phulka was very bad.
