  6. On a lightly floured surface and using a floured rolling pin roll out a dough ball very thinly until it resembles a tortilla.
  7. When the pan starts smoking put a chapatti on it. Cook until the underside has brown spots, (about 30 seconds) then flip and repeat the process.
  8. Continue with steps 5, 6 and 7. Keep the chapattis warm until ready to serve.— I buttered each chapatti as I removed them and transferred to a plate to keep warm.
