  3. Prepare 2 1/2 cup milk

Wash the strawberries and hull them. (The amount of berries is up to you. Serve on custard sauce (recipe follows). Strain custard through a sieve and pour into six individual dishes or a large serving bowl. Allow the custard to cool at room temperature, then chill.

  1. In a pan boil 2 cups of milk.
  2. Now in a cup mix custard powder with rest of cold milk.
  3. Mix well to avoid lumping.
  4. Add the custard powder mixture in hot milk. Add sugar and cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes while stirring continuously.
  5. Cool the mixture completely.
  6. Now add strawberries and serve chilled.

Strain custard through a sieve and pour into six individual dishes or a large serving bowl. Allow the custard to cool at room temperature, then chill. Mix well and let cool off in the fridge. Serve the custard with chopped caramelized lemons on top and chopped almonds. Serve on top of a slice of vanilla or pound cake.
