  1. Make ready 1.2 kg all purpose flour
  2. Make ready 1 kg pumpkin
  3. Take 200 ml warm water
  4. Take 80 g sugar
  5. Get 50 ml oil

Instructions to make Pumpkin Chapati:
  1. Measure and set aside your ingredients.

  3. Once cooked, drain any excess water if any and mash the pumpkin well. Set it aside to cool down until warm before adding it in the flour.
  4. Sift your flour in a larger bowl then add in the sugar and remaining salt and mix well. Create a well in the center and add in the oil together with the cooled mashed pumpkin. Mix in the pumpkin well with your hands until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  5. Add in the water slowly as you knead it until it all comes together to a smooth soft dough.
  6. Cut out balls of dough and toss them in flour and place on a lightly floured surface. Heat your pan as you start rolling your dough balls into a circle.
  7. Fry your chapati until golden brown on both sides. This made 16 chapatis.
