  1. Make ready 1st Layer
  2. Get 1 cup Marie biscuits(make powder)
  3. Prepare 20 g butter
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp bitter cocoa
  5. Get 60 ml(1/4cup) milk
  6. Get 2nd LAYER
  7. Take 200 ml milk
  8. Take 10 g corn starch
  9. Make ready 20 g sugar
  10. Prepare 3rd LAYER
  11. Prepare 300 ml fresh orange juice
  12. Make ready 20 g corn starch
  13. Make ready 30 g sugar

Add the egg yolk and pulse to combine. With the food processor running drizzle in the cold water. Pulse until the mixture comes together. Gently but thoroughly fold egg whites into milk mixture.

Instructions to make Orange custard mini tarts:
  1. Take 1 cup Marie biscuit grind it to powder. Mix 1 tbsp cocoa.
  2. Add butter. Mix it well, then gradually add milk. Mix, until well combined.
  3. I have used cup cake liners.(because I don’t have mold)You can use cup cake mold. Put 1 tbsp of mixture in each cup cake mold and flatten it. And keep them in fridge until the other layers are prepared.
  4. 2nd LAYER: In a bowl mix together 200 ml milk, 10 g corn starch and 20 g sugar (I have used powdered sugar). Cook it on low flame until it thickens. Orange custard mini tarts1. Remove from the flame. And pour 1 tbsp milk custard over all the biscuit tarts.as shown in the picture. Now put it back in the refrigerator until next layer is prepared.
  5. 3rd LAYER: In a bowl mix 300 ml fresh orange juice, 20 g corn starch and 30 g sugar(I have used powdered sugar)
  6. Now cook it on low flame. Until it thickens. As shown in the picture.
  7. Now layer the orange custard over a milk custard and keep in refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it sets. Orange custard mini tartsOrange custard mini tarts1. P.S: I have placed all the liners in cake tin. So that tarts can hold the shape.
  8. After 3 hours. Remove tarts from cupcake liners. Garnish with strawberries or any fruit you like.

Pulse until the mixture comes together. Gently but thoroughly fold egg whites into milk mixture. Cool on a wire rack until lukewarm. Cut into wedges, and serve garnished with berries. The best part: I didn't spend tons of time on it thanks to refrigerated pie crust.
