  1. Take 56 g Coconut Oil
  2. Make ready 100 g Brown Sugar

  5. Take 250 g Flour

Steps to make Vegan Gingerbread:
  1. Add the brown sugar to the coconut oil.
  2. Then add vanilla essence and aquafaba.
  3. Sift flour in a separate bowl, add rest of the dry ingredients (baking soda, salt, ground ginger, cinnamon & all spice).
  4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients together.
  5. Roll out the mixture, and cut out shapes.
  6. Place on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
