  1. Crush the biscuits and place at the bottom of a 15cm cake tin
  2. Mix together all the box ingredients except the egg whites
  3. Whisk the egg whites until they hold "a peak"

  5. Spoon the cake mixture on top of the biscuit crumbs
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until the outside cm is firm.

Because of this, you won't have to beat your cheesecake batter for as long, which means less air in your batter, which means a creamier cheesecake.
