  1. On a stove top, add the water and rice in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the yoghurt, cinnamon and stir. Reduce on low heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Mix together all the ingredients for the brown rice pudding in the Instant Pot insert. Close the lid and turn the pressure valve to sealing. Bring the water and brown rice to a boil in a saucepan. Stir in the milk, evaporated milk, sugar, and cinnamon. Brown rice is healthier for us because it still has the outer coating or husk on it.
