  5. Once you stir immediately add sugar & cardamom powder
  6. Keep on stirring..Within 10 mts, the moong will rotate like a ball and you can see ghee getting separated
  7. When you stir, you can see the mixture rotating nicely without sticking to the kadai…That is the time to remove from kadai
  8. Transfer to a bowl and your Halwa is ready to eat
