  22. Make ready 1 tsp chili sauce
  23. Get 1 Tbsp corn starch mix with 1/2 cup water

  25. Take 1 Tbsp olive oil
  26. Take 1 green bell pepper cut into length wise

  7. For sauté vegetables, put 1 Tbsp olive oil into sauce pan, saute all 3 vegetables separately for a minute and keep aside
  8. Assemble all the ingredients, cooked cauliflower chunks mix into hot Manchurian sauces, add sautéed vegetables, mix well, taste and adjust salt,spices and water, mix well and serve piping hot healthy cauliflower manchurian with rice, garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves
