  1. In a bowl, mix all the veggies, squeeze the lemon juice, add tamarind sauce and give a good mix.
  2. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon oil and pour the mixed beans. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Mix the beans with the veggies. Add salt and red chilly powder.
  4. Serve.
