  18. Make ready 1 tsp coriander seeds (ધાણા જીરું)

  20. Make ready 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  21. Take Pinch salt
  22. Make ready 1 tbsp vinegar
  23. Take 1 tbsp soya sauce
  24. Get 1 tbsp chilli oil

  1. Soak the cabbage in water,chop the cabbage into small pieces,add a spoon full of salt and marinate it for 10mins then squeeze out the water, then combine it with finely chopped carrots and green onions
  2. Add Pinch of salt, 1/2tsp of 13 spices powder, add cornflour in portions till the mixture sticks well,then poke a hole in the middle
  3. Brush a layer of vegetable oil on the steamer,put on the dumplings and steam it for 8 mins till then prepare the dipping sauce.Serve the dumpling direct from the steamer with dipping sauce.

Asian vegetable dumplings are really simple to make. The filling of the dumplings can be prepared in advanced and you can always add your favourite vegetables in it. For chewier pan-fried dumplings (goyza- or pot-sticker-style), set a frying pan over medium-high heat. They brown very quickly, so pay attention! This step only takes a few extra seconds but makes the dumplings extra delicious.
