  4. In another mixing bowl mash the potatoes. Except oil mix all the ingredients and make a smooth dough like texture.
  5. Mixture is ready
  6. With a star fitted nozzle fill the piping bag with the potato mixture.
  7. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  8. Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown
  9. Done now…
  10. Drizzle mayonnaise & serve hot with dips of ur choice.
  11. Ready to serve
