Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Remove skin and bones at this point, along with bay leaves. Prepare dumplings and set them aside for a few minutes. Add ground chicken, cabbage, green onion, fish sauce, pepper, garlic, soy sauce and ginger to a food processor until ground.

Steps to make Onion dumplings:
  1. Mix all ingredients in besan flour and add water.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and Fry small size round dumplings for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. serve hot 😍
