  3. while the tortillas going in the small pan add chorizo an smash in to little pieces
  4. in a bowl add eggs and mix desired amount of salt to it
  5. once the tortillas are golden brown add chorizo mix well. then slowly add eggs.
  6. let eggs cook at the bottom then flip
