  3. In a dutch style pot add oil enough so it will cover half of a sitting dumpling when the oil is hot add the dumpling to the oil remeber they expand thats y u only need a golf size ball when one side is browned turn over and brown the other side
  4. Remove from oil wen they are a nice golen brown and drain on kitchen roll
