  4. Sauté for some mns, then add the cooked kidney and liver, cook. And add the chopped green bell pepper add more onions then cook for 3-4 more mns. Off the heat the sauce is ready.

Stir in milk to make a soft dough. Gradually add broth, stirring constantly, then bring to a boil. Then add soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili oil, minced garlic, sesame seeds, and sesame oil. Add the flour, baking powder, egg whites and yolk; process until well mixed. Mix first five ingredients well to form a stiff dough.
