Pundi or Undi,also called as pundi gatti is originated in Southern coastal Karnataka region. Its basically rice dumplings made with a mixture of rice,coconut and jaggery.

  3. Let cool. Now take small balls it and flatten and put a whole. Grease the steam plates. Put dumplings into it. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with garlic chilli chutney or peanuts coconut chutney.
