  5. Dip these balls in corn flour mixture and roll them on soaked rice so that rice will stick and cover the whole ball
  6. Now steam these balls in a steamer till the rice get cooked
  7. Now serve these hot Rice Flower Dumplings with your choice of dip. I have served with momos chutney, tomato ketchup and mayo
