Quick & delicious Black Bean Vegetarian Fajitas that are really the best ever! They're made with seasoned roasted peppers & onions, black beans, and creamy guacamole. These vegetarian fajitas are also healthy and vegan friendly! Add onions, red and green peppers, and garlic; stir to coat with oil.

Veg Fajita is one of the most favored of recent trending meals in the world. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions every day. They are fine and they look fantastic. Veg Fajita is something that I have loved my entire life.

The ingredients needed to make Veg Fajita:
  1. Get For Tortilla:
  2. Make ready 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp Salt
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp Butter
  6. Get 1/4 cup Warm Water
  7. Take For Fajita:
  8. Prepare 3/4 Green pepper
  9. Get 3/4 Yellow pepper
  10. Get 3/4 Red pepper
  11. Make ready 1/2 Zucchini
  12. Make ready 1/2 Carrot
  13. Make ready 1 Onion
  14. Get 3 tbsp Olive oil
  15. Prepare 1 tsp Garlic powder
  16. Prepare 1 tsp Fajita seasoning
  17. Take 1/2 tsp Salt
  18. Make ready 1 tsp Red paprika

Prepare marinade in large shallow glass bowl. Preheat gas grill to medium-high or prepare a hot charcoal fire. While the basics to fajita vegetables include onions and sliced sweet bell peppers, I've also been known to slip in sliced jalapeños, sliced mushrooms, or even some zucchini. To make the vegetable fajita filling: Heat the oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Steps to make Veg Fajita:
  1. Preparing Tortilla: In a bowl add all the ingredients except water.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add water as required and make a dough.
  4. Cover the bowl and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide the ball into 8 balls and roll it.
  6. Heat a pan on medium low flame. Place the tortilla in the pan. you will see air bubbles form. leave it there for 20 sec.
  7. Flip to the other side, you should see a few brown spots leave it for 10-15 seconds then remove from heat.
  8. Preparing Fajitas: In a bowl, add sliced green pepper, yellow pepper, Red pepper, Zucchini, onion and carrot.
  9. Add garlic powder, fajita seasoning, salt and red paprika.
  10. Heat a cast iron on medium high flame. Add olive oil and marinated vegetables.
  11. Fry it until all vegetables cooked. Switch off the flame and serve the pan directly to the table on a heat-safe rest.
  12. Make fajitas by topping a warm tortilla with the hot vegetable mix, avacado sauce and Pico de gallo or any toppings you desire. Wrap it and enjoy!!!!!!
  13. You can also serve some mexican rice.

While the basics to fajita vegetables include onions and sliced sweet bell peppers, I've also been known to slip in sliced jalapeños, sliced mushrooms, or even some zucchini. To make the vegetable fajita filling: Heat the oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add in the peppers, onions, chili powder, cumin, salt, and smoked paprika. In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil. Then add cumin, salt and pepper, toss to combine.
