  2. Make ready 950 ml vegetable stock
  3. Make ready 2 diced onions
  4. Prepare 1 garlic cloves

Instructions to make Butternut squash soup:
  1. Peel, wash and cut the butternut squash.
  2. In a pot, add some oil. Sauté the chopped garlic. Add onions, cook the onions until soften. Add the butternut squash.
  3. Stir it well. Add the vegetable stock. Let it simmer on medium heat until the butternut squash is soft and cooked well.
  4. Take it off the heat. Pour in to the soup blender and blend it until it reaches to smooth consistency and adjust the seasoning. Add the cloves powder, nutmeg and cream.
  5. Serve with a slice of warm bread. Enjoy 😊
