  3. Blanch spinach,blanch tomato..In grinder,grind tomato,spinach,corn flour and cream altogether.
  4. Heat oil in a pan,temper with cumin seeds,hing and curry leaves,boil it for 5 minutes on slow flame.
  5. Heat appam pan,make dumplings from moong dal batter.
  6. In serving bowl,put dumplings then pour spinach tomato soup on it, garnish it with chopped coriander,serve hot.
