  1. Add 2 tsp of dry yeast and 2 tsp of sugar in lukewarm milk. Rest for 5 min. Add 1 tbs of floor into this yeast mixture and make a yeast solution ready.
  2. Take 500 gm of maida add salt and 1 tbs of olive oil. Knead the dough with the help of above yeast solution. Transfer the dough on kitchen platform and knead the dough with the help of oil or raw flour for dusting. Knead for 10 min.
  3. Roll the dough in rectangular shape. Grease the baking tray.
  4. Put the rolled dough in the baking tray cover the tray with cloth. Rest of 30 min.
  5. In hand pestle add olive oil,salt, fresh basil and rosemery on crush coarsely and make hurb oil ready.
  6. After 30 min. remove the cloth from the dough. make holes with finger on the dough. brush the hurb oil on the dough. arrenge the tomatoes and olives on the top of the dough. and strinkle chilli flakes.
  7. Pre heat the oven on 180c for 10 min. Bake the Fresh herb focaccia bread in preheated oven at 180C for 25 min.
  8. After 25 min. remove the tray from the oven apply some olive oil on the bread and cover with cloth for 10 min. Cut the bread on pieces serve with hot soup or tea or coffee. even you can make sandwich from this bread.

Sprinkle with the sea salt and top with the rosemary, thyme and Thai basil. Making focaccia is almost the same as making bread. You don't need particular skills and the smell and taste of freshly baked focaccia is well worth all the effort. Adding fresh herbs is the key to a delicious and aromatic focaccia along of course with good quality olive oil which is another very prevalent ingredient. The homemade bread is chewy and soft in the center with a mega crisp exterior.
