The ingredients needed to make Grinch fudge:
  1. Make ready 500 gram white chocolate
  2. Prepare 1 can condensed milk
  3. Take Red fondant hearts
  4. Get Pinch salt
  5. Get Green colour
Steps to make Grinch fudge:
  1. Grease and line a baking tray. I have used 8 inch square baking tray. Set aside. - Melt the chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter using double boiler
  2. You can microwave as well but have to do it for 45 seconds and check, do it for further 45 seconds and check. If not melted fully, microwave for further 10 seconds.
  3. Add the condensed milk into the melted chocolate and mix until smooth. Add in pinch of salt at this stage. - - Add food coloring and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and place the hearts on top.
  4. Refrigerate until well set. This should take about 4 to 5 hours. Cut into squares. - I have done swirls with the colour and sprinkled some coloured sugar. This is optional.
